CLEAR LAKE BOYS BASKETBALL 2025 SEASON

Regular Season Registration is open on October 1, 2024 and ends on November 1, 2024.  This is for 3rd through 6th grade with 3 divisions (3/4th grade division, 5th grade division, and 6th grade division).

Our eligibility requirements are relaxed regardless of which school you attend; however, if there is limited availability in spots, then boys that are zoned to either attend or eventually attend Clear Lake, Seabrook, Space Center, or Westbrook Intermediate schools will be given priority. If there is limited availability, the timing of your registration can be a factor (all factors being equal, first come, first served).

After registration is finalized, then there will be an evaluation (not a try-out) in November (date TBD) for coaches to evaluate the players.  The evaluations are to attempt to make the teams even and competitive and the coaches will draft their teams in November.  Practices will start in late November or early December and games will start in January after the winter break and go through late February/early March.

The cost for each player is $235 per player.  To register go to the registration tab above and then click the “Begin Registration” link.  You will then need to log-in with your existing SportsPilot login or click on the “create new account” button.  Make sure that you receive a confirmation email stating that your registration is complete.  Please send registration questions to info@clearlakeboysbasketball.org.

Many of the players currently play or have played school team basketball and will be or are attending Clear Lake, Clear Brook, or Clear Falls High Schools. CLBB Volunteers

Our goal is for everyone to have a positive experience playing CLBB. Please let us know if you have any ideas to improve CLBB. All input will be appreciated and considered. Even better, donate your time and VOLUNTEER! From Board members to coaches and timekeepers, CLBB has thrived on the strength of its volunteers.

We have had wonderful support from the community for over 30 years and would like to continue this tradition with your help. For more information and if interested, email president@clearlakeboysbasketball.org.

CLBB Scorekeeping

CLBB is hiring high school young men and women to help with keeping score at CLBB games for all the divisions (3rd-12th Grade). This is a fun way to earn money and help your community. Scorekeepers are responsible for working the scorebook, not the clock. The pay starts at $8.00/per game.

The following criteria must be met to be eligible:

1. High school student who would be zoned to attend Space Center, Clear Lake, Seabrook or Westbrook Intermediate school.
2. Available on Saturdays and some weeknights.
3. Attend a meeting/training session.

There are limited Scorekeeper positions available. If you are interested in becoming a CLBB Scorekeeper, please fill out the application and email it to president@clearlakeboysbasketball.org. You may also bring your application to a tryout session or give it to a CLBB Board Member.
